Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Right)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. an email) sent to nbarlier@yahoo.fr.
How it works
- Notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
- Send the item back to us within 14 days of your notification. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will issue your refund within 14 days.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened: Men's Boxer Briefs. The Stainless Steel Water Bottle cannot be returned once it has been used.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We will offer a free replacement or full refund — no need to send the item back.
